Privacy policy / External transmission policy

This policy describes how Nihonbashi AI Lab (the Lab) handles personal information, cookies, and externally transmitted data on the website nihonbashi.ai and related services. The Japanese version of this policy is the authoritative text; this English version is provided for convenience.

1. Information we collect

To understand how visitors use the site and to improve our services, the website automatically collects:

  • Pages viewed (URL, time on page, referrer)
  • Buttons and links clicked (CTAs, navigation)
  • Device information (browser, OS, screen size)
  • IP address (used in anonymized form)

2. External transmission (per Japan’s amended Telecommunications Business Act)

The Google Gemini API is operated by Google LLC in the United States, and data may be processed in US regions. We use the paid tier of the Gemini API, where data is not used for model training by default.

3. Cookies

Google Analytics 4 uses cookies for analysis. If you prefer not to allow cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings (for example: Chrome settings → Privacy and security → Cookies).

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies at all (cookieless analytics).

4. Personal information

Personal information collected through the contact form (name, email address, and similar) is used only to respond to your inquiry and to provide information about the Lab’s services. It is not provided to third parties.

To deliver services, respond to inquiries, and store estimate results, we may process and store information using the external services listed above.
